Zach Fluker

Zach Fluker graduated from the Architectural Association in 2013. Prior to studying architecture, he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design at Emily Carr University and gained valuable experience working as a joiner. His approach to design through making and research interest in computational tools has led him to teaching at The Bartlett within the MArch Urban Design, Undergraduate and First Year programmes for the past 10 years.
Liz Tatarintseva

Liz Tatarintseva graduated from the Architectural Association in 2014. She has worked for several prominent London based practices including Gianni Botsford Architects, ALA and Foster + Partners. Her ability to navigate and manage the design process has seen her play a key role in the development and delivery of several high-profile projects. Liz conducts digital workshops and tutorials at Cardiff University and is a visiting critic at The Bartlett.
Benoit Rawlings
Architectural Assistant Part II | MArch
Benoit Rawlings graduated from London Metropolitan University in 2024. He previously studied at Newcastle University, where his thesis project was nominated for the RIBA North East Student Award. Prior to joining ao-ft in 2024, Benoit worked at Topo Architects - contributing to residential, arts, and cultural projects. Benoit is passionate about joinery and construction, with a particular interest in buildability and its influence on the role of materials in architecture. Since joining ao-ft, he has worked on residential projects of varying scales, focussing on a new-build timber house in Aldeburgh and a roof extension of a London terrace house.
